Daytona TC-806M Motorcycle Tire Changer, Manual Bead
The Daytona TC-806M is a dedicated motorcycle tire changer with an outside clamping range of 6" to 24" and a maximum wheel diameter capacity of 37". The clamp geometry is configured for motorcycle rim profiles, providing secure hold across narrow sport-bike wheels and wider cruiser or touring rims without the rim damage common when passenger-car changers are used on two-wheel applications.
A 2,500 kg bead-breaking force handles stiff sidewalls common on sport, touring, and adventure motorcycle tires, including aftermarket and performance compounds. The bead breaker arm operates independently of the clamping table for sequential bead seating and demounting on a single workstation.
Compatible with motorcycle wheels in sport, cruiser, touring, and adventure configurations within the 6"–24" clamp range and 37" diameter envelope. The size range also accommodates many scooter and ATV wheels. Suited for motorcycle service shops, dealership bays, and powersports workshops.
