The Dosko 13 HP Swivel Stump Grinder is a walk-behind unit powered by a Honda GX390 engine, featuring swivel-action technology that lets the grinding head sweep left and right over the stump. After wheeling the unit into position, the operator engages a single-lever wheel lock and works the stump using the swiveling head, reducing the effort required compared to repositioning the entire machine.
The unit pairs a Greenteeth 700 series 3-in-1 tooth system with a concave "dish" cutting edge that shears rather than shreds. Teeth rotate in three 120-degree increments for a fresh cutting edge in minutes. Engine and drive features include direct belt drive, an oil shutdown sensor, a cyclone air cleaner, and 1.375" diameter bearings. The side discharge frame directs grindings away from the machine and operator, and a 5-position adjustable handlebar supports operator comfort across different cutting positions.
The unit is fueled by gasoline through the Honda engine and requires no batteries or charging. Standard practice includes confirming PPE for operators, clearing the cutting zone of debris, and following Honda's service intervals for the GX390 powerplant.
