Challenger EV1020XP9SS XP9 Express Pad Superstructure for EV1020

The Challenger EV1020XP9SS is the XP9 Express Pad superstructure assembly engineered for the Challenger EV1020 inground lift system. Instead of 3-stage arms that require manual positioning under each vehicle, it uses a 9,000 lb capacity drive-on pad design that lets technicians drive vehicles straight onto the platform for immediate lifting — built for the rapid throughput of express service bays.

Reinforced front and rear access ramps flip up and lock to extend the platform length, accommodating longer wheelbase vehicles including SUVs, trucks, and extended-wheelbase sedans without separate adapters or platform replacements. The ramps adjust by hand without tools between vehicles, maintaining express-bay speed.

A low-profile pad design with a 2.25" minimum pad height keeps the drive-on surface close to floor level, accommodating low-clearance sports cars, performance vehicles, and vehicles with aftermarket lowering modifications. Each pad delivers 4,500 lb capacity for balanced support across the platform, providing headroom for front-heavy or rear-heavy configurations within the 9,000 lb total system capacity. Engineered exclusively for the EV1020 inground lift platform.
