Challenger EV1020XP9-UC-BMC-QC Upper Components for EV1020 XP9
The Challenger EV1020XP9-UC-BMC-QC is the Upper Components package for the EV1020 inground car lift with the XP9 drive-on express service pad, Bench Mount Controls, and the QuickCycle 3 HP motor, combining the completion kit and XP9 superstructure into a single order — everything that installs above the pre-kit foundation to build a complete 9,000 lb capacity express service lift. It requires only the separately purchased CSPK-series pre-kit foundation. Engineered exclusively for the EV1020 platform, ALI/ETL certified, and American-made in Louisville, Kentucky.
The QuickCycle 3 HP motor delivers full rise in just 24 seconds versus 41 with the standard 2 HP unit, running on 208-230V single-phase, 60Hz with a 30A dedicated circuit; three-phase options (208/230/460V) are available. Bench Mount Controls mount to most major workbench brands, placing raise, lower, and lock release at the workstation. The package includes 8-1/2" chrome pistons in chrome non-breathing RAM-style cylinders.
The XP9 drive-on express pad replaces swing arms with reinforced flip-up ramps that lock to extend platform length across three positions (58" / 66-1/2" / 75"), eliminating arm positioning for the fastest vehicle loading. A stainless steel air lock release serves the mechanical lock engaging every 3" through the stroke.
